Medium Is The Message

For this assignment I chose to do "You're beautiful either way". I wanted to ensure that my model's natural beauty was still a positive aspect in the photo and that her make-up was more everyday looking rather than the excessive make-up we are seeing women, and even girls as young as 15, are wearing just to go to the mall. I decided not to have her smiling, and not to remove any of her freckles or crease lines under her left eye. Since the assignment was Medium is the Message I had to choose something to print on that would help the image; I chose a mirror.
